ABSTRACT
This study examined the Deese-Roediger-McDermott (DRM) paradigm with its application to phonologically and semantically related word lists. Comparisons were made between the false alarm rates of critically associated words in a recognition test immediately following an audio-visual presentation of the study lists. We obtained a ceiling effect, and therefore were unable to note significant difference between the list types.
